The Role
We are looking for a professional, reliable and highly organised Driver / Vehicle DeliverySpecialist to join our team at HWM Ltd, based at our landmark site in Walton on Thames, Surrey. Representing HWM Aston Martin, HWM Caterham, and HWM Sports Cars, this role is integral to the smooth running of both our Sales and Aftersales departments.
You will play a vital role in delivering and collecting some of the world’s most desirable vehicles, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every interaction. This is a varied and engaging position where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to work across multiple departments and build trust and delight amongst our customers.
This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis.
Responsibilities
Delivering and collecting high-value vehicles to and from customers, events, and partner locations across the UK.
Representing HWM in a professional and courteous manner, creating a positive first impression at all times.
Carrying out vehicle handovers and collections with care, ensuring vehicles are presented to the highest standard.
Supporting the Sales and Aftersales teams with vehicle movements and logistics.
Completing vehicle condition checks and associated paperwork accurately.
Planning routes effectively and managing time to ensure punctual collections and deliveries.
Maintaining clear communication with internal teams regarding vehicle movements and schedules.
Ensuring all vehicles are handled with the utmost care, attention, and responsibility.
Required Skills and Experience
You will have a full UK driving licence and possess the following skills:
Communication skills: You will need to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues, acting as a trusted representative of the HWM brand.
Customer service skills: A strong customer-first mindset is essential, ensuring every interaction reflects our premium standards.
Driving capability: Confidence in driving a range of vehicles, including high-performance and prestige marques.
Attention to detail: Ability to accurately complete vehicle checks and documentation to a high standard.
Organisation: Strong time management and planning skills to manage multiple vehicle movements efficiently.
Professionalism: Impeccable presentation, discretion, and reliability at all times.
