We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Van Driver to join our team. As a refrigerated courier company based in Mitcham CR4, London, we prefer candidates from the local area. The role involves transporting goods safely and efficiently, with working hours starting around 4 AM. Shifts range from 6 to 10 hours (flexibility is mandatory), depending on workload, and deliveries are primarily made to commercial establishments such as restaurants, delis, and cafés. The total weekly working hours will not exceed 40, with shifts from Monday to Saturday.
Duties:
- Load and unload goods, including heavy lifting when required
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks
- Adhere to all road safety regulations
Requirements:
- Ability to use a smart phone
- Proven experience as van driver for minimum 3 years in London
