Collection & Delivery - Automotive Repair Centre
We are seeking friendly and motivated people to join our brand new Hemel Hempstead, Herts team. Working in a state of the art environment and acting as the face of our business, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering our customers vehicles for accident repairs.
Working hours for the standard driving role are: Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm and alternate Saturdays 8am-12pm.

.Key responsibilities include:
- Collection and delivery of various vehicles up to an including long wheel base vans.
- Issuing courtesy vehicles out to customers and showing driving controls
- Processing digital paperwork for vehicle collection and replacement vehicle
- Communicating with customers around expected arrival times
- Working with the transport manager on efficient route planning
- Ensuring the courtesy car fleet is well maintained and looked after, including some cleaning pre delivery to customers
- Ensuring daily collection and delivery targets are achieved - may involve overtime
- Processing payments via software
Previous experience & skills:
- You must have previous professional driving experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills, using a tablet is essential
- Empathetic towards differing customers needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
